Dohn’s Wkout – Fri., Feb. 19th., ’10.

**Ran again today and just felt a tiny spasm of pain in my left calf but it only lasted for a few seconds.  My right knee was a little sore as I increased my pace slightly on this run but it has definitely improved over the last 3 weeks that I took off from running.  Let’s see how I feel when I get up in the morning.**

Cardio/Abs/Push-ups:

Running (Treadmill):

Pace – 9:41 Min/Mile.

Seated Leg Raises – 2 Sets. 35 Reps.
Supersetted with
Incline Push-ups – 2 Sets. 20 Reps.

Roman Chair Hanging Knee Raises – 2 Sets. 30 Reps.
Supersetted with
Incline Push-ups – 2 Sets. 20 Reps.

Lying Reverse Leg Extns.(lower abs) – 2 Sets. 30 Reps.
Supersetted with
Flat Push-ups – 2 Sets. 20 Reps.
