Dohn’s Wkout – Mon., Feb. 15th., ’10.

**First time running in 3 weeks.  Took time off to let my left calf heal and didn’t feel any pain while running.  My right knee also didn’t bother me very much at all, almost no pain.  Let’s see how the next few days unfold with my calf.**

Cardio:

Running (Treadmill):

Time – 35:15

Distance – 3.51 Miles.

Pace – 10:02Min/Mile.

Calories – 488.
Push-ups – 5 Sets. 20 Reps.

 
Abs:

Bicycles – 2 Sets. 50 Reps.
Crunches (Feet lifted) – 2 Sets. 50 Reps.
