My Workouts & Training Schedule for 2010.

I’ve signed up for the NYC-Half Marathon on Mar. 21st., ’10 and the NYC-Marathon on Nov. 7th., ’10.  Let’s keep our fingers crossed and hope I get selected in the lottery for both races.

Now you can keep an eye on me and see my training progress.  Just look at the right side of the page under “Subpages” and click on whichever date/workout you’d like to see.

**Good News!!!  Found out Sat., Jan. 16th. that I was selected through the lottery for the NYC-Half Marathon, so with only 8-1/2 weeks to go it’s time to get my butt in gear!

**Update – 1/31/10:

Had to take this past week off as my increased mileage has aggravated a very old injury in my left calf.  I’ll try running this week and see how things go.
