Distance – 5 Miles.

 

Chest:

Decline Bench Press – 3 Sets.

 

Incline Bench Press – 3 Sets.

Supersetted with

Pec-Dec Mach. – 3 Sets.

 

Flat Bench Dumbbell Presses – 3 Sets.

Supersetted with

Flat Bench Dumbbell Flyes – 3 Sets.

 

Arms (Biceps/Triceps):

Dumbbell Concentration Curls – 3 Sets.

Supersetted with

Cable Press-Downs (Straight Bar) – 3 Sets.

 

Cable Rope Hammer Curls – 2 Sets.

Supersetted with

Bench Dips (45 lb. Plate on lap) – 2 Sets.

 

Abs:

Abcore Mach. – 95 lbs. 3 Sets. 40 Reps.

 

 

 

**Ran outside for the first time since the fall, with a client who’s prepping for a Half-Marathon and it felt really good.  It helped that the weather was nice and it was about 60 degrees.
