Weight lost this week – 3.1 lbs.
Weight lost to date – 3.1 lbs.
** It wasn’t hard losing the weight this week. I changed my diet and got in some running even though it wasn’t as much as I wanted to get in. I feel good and will increase my Cardio this upcoming week so let’s see how that works out.
