Weight lost this week – 0 lbs.

Weight gained this week – 2.6 lbs.

Weight lost to date - 2.8 lbs.

 

** So, another poor  performance week and not being able to get it done and it was reflected in my weight-gain.  I still have until the end of this month to get down to 170 lbs., so I can still turn things around.
