My Weight Stats and Progress – 2011.

Ok, well seeing that I’ll be doing  my first running race in quite some years, I think its time to get down to work, so with that said, I’ll have to start paying a lot more attention to my diet.   I’d like to lose exactly 13.8 lbs. by race day, which will be Mar. 27th., ’11.  That will put me at exactly 170 lbs.

 

Each and every Sunday I will post my weight in this section.  Feel free to stop by and check up on my progress, I’d love to get your comments and feedback.

 

 

**UPDATE: I tried to sign up for the 15K race on Mar. 27th., but it was already closed out with no chance of me getting in.  I will still drop the weight and while I’m at it I’ll try to find another race sometime in April.
