My 2011 Marathon Training Schedule
On Thursday, April 28th., 2011 I was selected to run in the 2011 ING NYC Marathon. Great news as I hadn’t made the lottery the previous year, but also some sobering news because it’s been almost six years since I stopped racing and I know it’s going to take a lot of hard work to get my body back to top racing form.
My training begins now, and for the next six months I’ll be logging each training run as well as the total mileage for each week. Every Sunday I will post my Weight, and on the last Sunday of each month I’ll post a Full Assessment including Weight, Body Fat, and BMI.
